'the britstop'™ is a private hire party bus and taxi BUSiness with various classic party buses and taxis for hens nights and days, bucks nights and days, weddings, TV and film work, children's parties, corporate events, transfers, school excursions, outward bound events and any other event or occasion you can imagine. Our London double decker is an original 1949 Bus shipped to Sydney from the UK, it's the only one of it's kind and the oldest in Australia. It took us four and a half years to convert 'the britstop'™ into an 'awesome' mobile party and event venue. We also have single decker's including our 1980's model 'retro' bus and original 1970's model hackney carriage London black cabs. We offer our services on a 'design your own event' or 'set package' basis for large or small group bookings all over the Greater Sydney area. We cater for any occasion so don't hesitate to make a suggestion (within reason!) to 'tailor make' your event to your exact requirements. The upper deck of our double decker consists of a music/London themed 'booth' style seating area with posters, memorabilia, iPod music system and lights. The lower deck consists of a 'space age' themed party room with an iPod music system to choose your favorite tunes, a bar area with ice boxes for BYO drinks and an entertainment area for buffet food or organised catering that we can arrange at your request. We can also stop at some great beach or City locations and use 'the britstop'™ as the venue! The single decker buses vary in style, age and size from 21 to 57 seats however they all have the most important stuff like music and BYO facilities for on board partying. The London Hackney Carriage Cabs take up to 5 passengers and have cd players and eski's. We also have a 63 seat bus and 48 to 53 seat luxury coaches with TV, DVD, Video, CD Player, reclining seats and seatbelts for 'non party' events where food and drinks are not consumed on board such as corporate events, excursions, weddings, long distance tours and short distance transfers. Extra services include the supply of on board catering packages from $25 per person (or you can bring your own food for a $120 fee), on board entertainment for 'bucks' and 'hens' groups, live music (unplugged) and a cameraman for filming and/or photography during the booking for an agreed charge depending on the details. Prices for all these services are on application and dependent on the details.
